Jennie has been working with kids for as long as she can remember. She started coaching and working as a nanny at age 16. She has Bachelors in Business Administration from Bryant University and began her career in Human Resources. She has been in charge of programs, including Take your Children to Work Day and the summer internship programs with Ernst & Young and Bank of America. She left her job as Director of Corporate HR and Benefits to pursue a degree in Education and graduated from Monmouth University with a Masters in Advanced Teaching. Jennie was instrumental in developing the curriculum for Small Factory’s Kindergarten Enrichment Program. Jennie currently resides locally with her three daughters who have all benefited from classes at Small Factory.
What do you enjoy most about working with children?
Watching the light bulb go off! I love to see when things you are teaching the children click and you get that “ah ha!” moment.

I love cooking, watching my daughters sports and dance competitions and reading.
