Special Events Coordinator
Stephanie is a Junior at Stockton College majoring in Psychology and Elementary Education. She is in her introductory semester of the education program where she is teaching in a second grade class. Stephanie has always loved working with kids. Babysitting for years, teaching Kindergarten and first grade Sunday school at her church, and working in the pre-school program at Monmouth Regional High School in Tinton Falls, NJ all inspired her to pursue a career in elementary education. Stephanie is resident assistant (RA) at Stockton College in the freshman dorms where she assists students, acclimating them to the school and helping to guide them throughout the year. She founded a club at the college called the Animal Friendly Organization for students to work on animal welfare and rescue projects in association with area organizations. Stephanie is on the executive board of the Residence Hall Association, which helps student’s makes improvements at Stockton. She also holds the “sunshine” position in her sorority Delta Zeta where she recognizes people for their help and keeps up sister spirits.
What do you enjoy most about working with children?
I love working with children because they are so much fun. Kids are so creative and there are no limits to their imaginations.
Tell me your most rewarding experience(s) working at Small Factory?
The most rewarding experience working at Small Factory is seeing the kids’ faces when their cartoon is being premiered for the first time. Being a part of the excitement and joy, creating the cartoons is extremely rewarding. Knowing I helped make someone happy is always heartwarming.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I obviously love working with kids. I love animals, going to the beach, and traveling. I love seeing other places and cultures. I love school and being involved on Stockton’s campus. I love working with all different clubs and organizations at my college.
